24.

Hello everyone! It is almost Friday :) :) Big news about tomorrow, Lucia -a reader of this blog- is having surgery to remove her thyroid tomorrow! She's really nervous, so everyone please pray for her! Okay so last night I finally started seeing some action with my bathroom experiences hahaha. Not like it used to be but it's better than nothing! On Tuesday I lost 1.6 lbs so that's great, I didn't lose anything yesterday though. I did my diet same as normal, but I also made some broth from the seasoning packets from top ramen. And I know that has a lot of salt and other things in it. I'm at 290.4 and I'm hoping that tomorrow I'll be in the 280s and I plan on not getting back into the 290s :) This post isn't going to be long and sorry there wasn't one yesterday! I've been really sick lately, and I'm usually laying down trying to sleep. I hope you all have a great night! Until next time!

  4. Hi Molly,
Arbonne (yes, the makeup company) has a fiber supplement that might be of some assistance. It is a powder that you could put in a drink, oatmeal, protein shake, etc....any you'll not taste it unlike some of the stuff in the store.

    Lucia -- Good luck today!

Lorrie -- Thanks for that, I will definitely go to the website and check it out!!

Clucking -- YAY that it is only a glandular tissue! I'm hoping everything goes great with that!

  6. Molly,
I've been reading your blog for the past month. I was just diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer and I'll have my thyroid and most the lymph nodes in my neck removed on the 14th. I know that after the surgery it will be very important to follow a strict diet since I'll be on replacement meds. I just wanted to let you know that your blog is very supportive and I enjoy reading about your journey. I recently moved to TX and have few friends and no family here, so your blog makes me feel at home.
    Thanks, K -

  7. K -- 14th of June?? We'll all be praying for you! I'm so happy you've been reading my blog. I love that you feel at home...that's exactly how I feel with this! Where in Texas are you? I'm right near Austin! I'm sorry that you were recently diagnosed, that's so hard. Hopefully this surgery will change everything!
