37.

Happy Friday everyone!!! I hope you are all excited for your weekends! So I didn't end up making my goal, I weighed in this morning at 280.0 I was very close! .1 lbs off but that's okay I'm still very excited, that's 4 lbs loss since last Friday! Yay!

I'm also doing TTapp as you know and man it is KILLER! My legs are shaking it's hillarious. Tomorrow will be day 4 which, I heard, is when it starts getting easier! I sure hope so because my arms are barely able to type this they're so sore haha.

I also lost 3.5 inches off my body this week! Yay! I'm really excited and I'm gonna keep on going! I'm hoping to be in the 270s at some point next week so let's see if I can do this! Have a great weekend! Until next time!

  1. I know you didn't meet your self-imposed target, but 4lbs off is brilliant!

And 3½ inches is awesome, well done!

I hope the T-Tap becomes less painful for you...but I like to tell myself sometimes that if it's not hurting, its not working, ha ha!

  2. I know I was still pretty dang excited haha! Right?? There are so many things my husband says...most he got from his time in the Marine Corps, "Pain is weakness leaving the body" "Being in pain means you're not dead" (haha so random) Anyway I guess I'll just have to suffer through it hehe ;-)

  3. Hi Molly, I never heard of T-Tapp before so I did a little research and it looks very interesting. What do you think about the Alfalfa pills? and Which product did you buy? so many to choose from. Congrats on your success and Thank you again for motivating me :)

  4. Jennie -- I actually didn't buy any pills, I don't like to be on any supplement unless it's completely necessary. But I am doing the TTapp more and I'm super excited I hope it will help any more with the weight and inches loss. Thank you so much! Good luck! And if you do choose a supplement make sure you ask your Thyroid Dr first! Best of luck!

  5. Hey Molly!
Happy sunday :) I am sorry it took me so long to post the fat measuring thingies. They are called fat callipers, you may have heard of them. They are actually not a 100% validation of percentaje fat loss, but they do help you track your fat loss. You can read a liitle bit more about them here: http://www.topendsports.com/testing/tests/skinfolds.htm
    http://stronglifts.com/3-ways-to-measure-muscle-gain-fat-loss-effectively/
Also, here are 2 websites that sell these callipers:
    http://www.accumeasurefitness.com/
    http://www.accufitness.com/
Now, some gyms have special fat % readers. Those are more accurate but imply being a gym member.
Anyhoo, from my experience the best way is to keep track of inches lost ;)
Hope this helps! You are doing so well!! I am closing my 3rd week of working out hard core. I feel great about that, I missed working out so much. I have started noticing changes and even though the scale is not down by a lot I do feel much better and my muscles are starting to show a bit. I still have a long way to go though and honestly it is kind of exciting and I love the challenge :)
    Big hugs my friend!
