Hey everyone!! Okay I know it's Thursday but I had to write a new post. So I've been thinking lately about how my posts are so short, there isn't a lot in them, and my weight loss has slowed down; so I just wanted to let you all know that I'm definitely not giving up! I am seriously so committed to this and I want this for myself, for my relationship with my husband, and just to prove that people with Thyroid problems can take control of their lives! Right? Cause that's how we all feel isn't it? We feel completely out of control, we rely solely on our Doctors and we just let these Diseases rule our lives! I'm not saying to not rely on your Doctor's knowledge, definitely not, but you also need to rely on yourself and what your body is telling you! So I think I talked about my Reverse T3 levels last week, well anyway they are crazy high and my Endo said that with how high they are they can slow down weight loss. She barely changed my dose and said hopefully with that my weight loss will start picking up again. And I definitely hope it will! I'm at 277.0 and I was there almost 2 weeks ago too! I want to get into the 260s come on body! :) Anyway I really want to thank everyone who reads this blog for being there for me and with me through all of this. Please don't give up on me, I'm definitely going to push past this plateau! I'm sorry if the posts have gotten somewhat dull, I'm hoping to shake them up again! Also, only 14 lbs until I have accomplished my first Phase, and only 15 lbs to go until I post my second round of pictures.
For people who are just starting this blog, I hope you can read the first post on here (1.) it explains so much! And also, I have phases set up: Phase 1- go from Morbidly Obese to Obese. Phase 2- go from Obese to Overweight. Phase 3- Go from overweight to healthy. And wherever I find I'm happiest I'll stop there...I'm really hoping to get to 170 though! Also, I post new pictures of myself every 30 lbs I lose! The three pictures on the top of the blog are the skinniest I've been, the heaviest I've been and my first 30 lb loss picture which was 2 months ago. I hope you guys are all doing amazing, please let me know what's going on with you! I've been there, and if I haven't I can totally relate. If you don't want to share your story on here please find me on Facebook: Molly Jester or email me! molly.jester@hotmail.com Until next time :)
