45.

HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE! Hope you all had incredible weekends! Well this morning I was actually really sick and couldn't get off the couch but I forced myself to get moving and go to work and no joke...as SOON as I got in my office I felt incredible! I wish I were home because the mood I'm in the house would be spotless and the laundry would be done! Hahah, y'all ever get in those moods where you just keep going? LOVE that! Alright so I gained .2 lbs over the weekend I currently weigh 278.2 and I'm really hoping to reach 276 by Friday, so I'll keep you updated. I don't want to set big goals since I haven't been losing much lately, but I have a good feeling for this week so I'll go for a little over 2! How are you all feeling? Anything you want to share? I love hearing from you guys!!!

Hey one more question...if I were to write a book what would you guys want to hear in it? Would you even buy it? Haha hugs to everyone!!! And have a wonderful week :) Until next time!

  1. Hi Molly,

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year ago and it's not been a fun battle. How long have you had it? Have you ever tried any alternative treatments?

  2. I love following your blog. Keep up the good work. If you were to write a book I'd like it to be an honest write-up of your struggle. No sugar coating, just telling it like it is. I would also like it to have an overview of what worked for you and why you think it worked. I was diagnosed about two years ago now and it has been a struggle. Your experience and advice have been very interesting to me. Again, thanks for sharing this with all of us.

  3. hi Molly, your doing brilliant! just keep going you know what your doing works so hang in there!got fed up with my blog as l havent lost in 6 weeks, or more, saw my dr last thursday, says lm very hypo! he upped my armour by 1/4 grain ..l actually took a 1/8 as l react quick..so started friday now monday night tuesday morning 2am and lm still awake! buzzing and cant sleep SOOO glad l didnt take the 1/4 l would be on the ceiling!funny though my brains all there today!(for a change ) but the body is still in hypo mode and tired!l cant see/focus properly , not only because its late, i have been like it again all weekend..and the sweats have got worse!!l was like that before when l was first dianosed and l took levo in a small dose. he put me on dhea and pregnenalone then as l wasnt converting t4/t3 properly ..to do with my not working adrenals..but he stopped that in january as l had good dhea in my bloods/24hr urine tests..had repeat tests in april and again last week..CANT wait for results..can you or anyone relate to these problems..? im very low BUT NOT DOWN!.
your book would be like you UP BEAT and full of hope!your always so encouraging to all who write on your blog..a book of hope a simplistic round up of all the hypo problems and possible suggestions for living well with it but not so heavy going, some books are hard work none ever have a bit of colour they are drab l dont want it in black and white. a bit flowery would be easier to digest (as l would probably be allergic to it anyway!!)three days in and lm like this a rambling jiberish mess...who knows where il be Friday!! L SURE WOULD BUY ANYTHING YOU WROTE!! as you are an inspiration to all..as long as we have hope, there is hope xx

  4. Lowder -- I'm so very sorry it is such a lame thing to deal with! I have had Hypothyroidism for at least 4 years but have had thyroid diseases (used to have Hyperthyroidism) for 10 years total. I've had radio active iodine done and I've done quite a few of the different medications. Levoxyl alone has been the most successful!

Anonymous -- Thank you so much for that! And trust me I definitely wouldn't sugar coat it. People need to know how it is...and other people with thyroid problems need to know they aren't alone! Thanks for your thought I wrote it down :)

Donna -- I'm very sorry but I'm glad your Dr upped your dose! Hopefully that will make a HUGE difference for you! :) I love your attitude and yes I can for sure relate. I'm always SO exhausted but I have the worst time sleeping! Most nights I get about 2 hours, and also I'm always scatterbrained. It definitely has to do with thyroid problems, mine used to be so bad I was leave in the middle of a conversation because I didn't realize I was talking to someone! Or I would forget if I went to class and even forgot my name one time! It was awful! The better your TSH levels are the easier it is! Promise :) And thank you so much for your suggestion! I wrote it down too! You are too sweet and I'm praying for you!
