HELLO HELLO!!!!! How is everyone doing? I'm doing pretttyyy dang good, if I do say so myself. I've lost a total of 5.2 pounds! Obviously this is slower than last year, BUT I'm taking it much slower also. I'm trying to prevent getting tired of eating healthy hahahaha. How did y'all do last week? Any questions? Any exciting discoveries? Are you all exercising, and if so what are you doing?
Hola! Well, I probably "gained" weight since I went to a woman's retreat this weekend and ATE MY HEART OUT ... however, I also got the flu Sunday and was s-i-c-k ... so when I got on the scale today it was the SAME pounds as last week :) Whew :) But, I'm also doing ATA Fit Class and must be losing inches because this weekend I fit into jeans I have not worn since my son was born! Can you say "doing the happy dance" :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't loose anything last week. :-( 4 lbs in total so far though. I do think I might be losing inches as a dress I'm wearing today did feel a bit looser. I am doing a boot camp 3 days a week, 3x a week and I've been sore! So I'm hoping I'm not seeing the scale move b/c I've gained some muscle. That is what I'm telling myself anyway. :-) Lorrie
ReplyDeleteHello, I lost 1.5 lbs. My husband got a surprise 3 day weekend so I found myself treating our weekend together as a mini vacation and not staying to my diet. I've been running and walking for excersize. I just realized I have a wedding to go to in 3 weeks so I am going to be in "boot camp" mode so I can feel and look a little better in my dress. 5.2 lbs is great so far!
