I'm sorry friends! My hubby and I have been very sick , and I was going to post yesterday on my lunch, but I ended up leaving for the day at lunch time and slept most the day. :( How did everyone do their first week? It's time for check ins! I lost 3.2 pounds last week! Very excited about the loss, how about the rest of you?

  1. Hope you are feeling better. I lost 4.5 lbs from last Tuesday morning til this morning. YAY!! I started a boot camp last night that will be 3 days a week and I am SORE this morning. The best part is that I didn't gain over the weekend!!

  2. I lost 3 lbs! Yipee! I'm working out 2x a week with a kickboxing/taekwando type of thing. HARD but fun. The biggest change I've made is drinking lots of water & not eating after 8pm. Sorry you've been sick. I hope you both get better soon.

  3. Well, I didn't do so great. I had a lot of family stuff going on and wasn't very strict on my diet. I didn't lose anything last week but I have been doing a lot better this week and plan on having a good number for everyone next Monday!

  4. I didnt lose any but I was sick. I hate to blame it on that but it didnt help things! lol This week so far I feel like I am doing really good! Thats great you lost three pounds!! Hope you are feeling better.

  6. I've been on desiccated bovine supplements for about 6 years. Once the supplements kick in you should be fine but thyroid disease MUST be treated medically. Believe me, I'm not one for medication but the medication for this is just replacing what your body is missing.
